💁2. Custom service

Our service is totally customized service, including model, measurements, fabric, colour, print, logo, packaging, shipment, will be easy for you to get what you need.
The styles on our website are not in stock, need production and the minimum will depend on the requirements, usually 100-300 units per colour, we also can produce the custom styles according to your requirements.

The materials we often use are Bamboo, Modal, Tencel, Cotton, Linen, Organic Cotton...etc, these are ecofriendly and sustainable materials, more and more consumers and brands care about the evironment.With various requirements, we also have the material like silk and satin.

Certificates BSCI, OEKO-Tex, GOTS, ISO9001 are available, make sure the materials are harmless and sustainable.

The fabrics and materials will be tested before using that, there are test standards available.
Essence has QC team, they will do inspection throught the order processes to prevent defects of the products, before the shipment, we will ask a third party to do the quality inspection, the third party has experiences of doing quality control for Japanese garment orders, make sure the defects rate will be very low.
